My name is Alice Lee, and I am so excited to be your Director for UNIFEM! I am a senior in high school, and this is my fourth year in MUN. Since the beginning of my MUN journey, the competitive nature of this program has continuously challenged me to improve my public speaking and problem-solving skills. Despite all the restless nights, each conference has gifted me with unforgettable memories and widened my understanding of global issues. I have never been especially good at public speaking, however, this program has pushed me to go out of my comfort zone which has helped me improve in many ways. I hope all delegates will go into debate with a positive and hopeful mind and I wish the best for all! I am looking forward to the conference, as maternal health has always sparked my interest. This has become my passion as I hope to become a nurse in the future. Apart from my studies, I enjoy baking, crocheting, and watching Korean dramas in my free time! This conference is a perfect opportunity to grow and educate yourself on current events. I encourage everyone to try their best, and I can't wait to hear everyone's solutions and ideas!
