Hey everyone! My name is Tripura, and I'm ecstatic to be your director for UNEP! UNEP was actually my first committee ever and has always been my favorite! I'm in my third year of MUN, and I'm so happy to say that the experiences I've had each year helped me grow as a public speaker and as a person. I'm not saying I'm completely confident with my speaking skills, but I've definitely improved in my years of practicing public speaking, and I'm more than sure that you all will too! Outside of MUN, I'm usually listening to music, reading WEBTOON, or studying. I also read a lot, so if any of you are Percy Jackson fans, feel free to come and talk to me! I know MUN isn't easy, and in some cases, can be extremely challenging, but it's also one of the most satisfying experiences. The joy you feel once a committee session has ended and you know you've given it your all, is something you don't get to feel in any other case. The hard work and dedication does pay off, even if it feels overwhelming. You all have put together wonderful speeches and have the capabilities to be better than you might think! As you engage in some heavy debate, don't forget to have with it! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me, I'll truly do my best to help you!
