My name is Yash Samineni, and I am so excited to be your director for CCPCJ! I am currently in my 4th year of MUN, and I can confidently say that the program here at Cerritos has made me a much stronger speaker and an overall better student as well. Outside of MUN, you can catch me playing basketball, soccer, or virtually any sport with my friends. I also love Taekwondo, and am a 3rd degree black belt. In my spare time, I love to read, rewatch Brooklyn Nine-Nine, listen to music, and watch sports. I know that MUN can be an extremely challenging and stressful program for many, and I have felt the same as well. However, being in MUN is truly life changing and will prepare you for so much in life. Not only will you gain public speaking skills, but you will also be able to make friendships for life. While you're in debate, don't hesitate to ask any questions to me or the DAIS. We are here to help you! If you have any questions before the conference, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help. At the end of the day, make sure you have fun in MUN conferences, because that is what we're ultimately here for. Good luck and I can't wait to see you all at the conference!
