Ad Hoc on Terror
Topic: Narcoterrorism

Head Chair: Peter Chea
Email: sater417@gmail.com
Hi, delegates. I am Peter Chea, your head chair for the Ad Hoc on Terror Committee. This is my fifth year in MUN. I joined it in eighth grade and as I progressed on my MUN career, I learned about many international issues and improved my public speaking skills. I loved to sign up and go to committees that had complex war and land disputes as topics. Besides MUN, I am involved in the California Scholarship Federation, National Honor Society, and Scientists of the Future at school. By joining these clubs, I embraced the opportunity to volunteer and also expand my scientific knowledge into real world uses. In addition, I am a member of the Cerritos Badminton team, and this year will be my first year in varsity. I fell in love with the sport during physical education class in ninth grade, and I didn’t know about it before that. Also, this past summer, I got an internship with a local construction company. I was very excited to expose myself to the office environment and work in a field I was clueless about. Sometimes in life you must step out of your comfort zone and do things that you usually wouldn’t do, so at least you know if you have a passion for it or if you hate it so much that you don’t want to do it again. Be sure to engage yourself during committee and don’t be afraid to ask any questions!
