Hey, future delegates, my name is Jayleen Murguia. I am honored and super excited to be your Director for the Committee of the World Health Organization (WHO). I have been an active participant in the MUN program for 4 years, and I can't wait to chair for my last time with all you fellow WHO delegates. I have participated in multiple humanitarian aid topics, and I can't wait to hear your unique and impactful solutions when combating these topics. Outside of MUN, I love hanging out with my friends, building Legos, watching movies, dancing on stage, and trying new foods. I am also an active participant in other school programs such as ASB as senior president, BEC president, CDT, and Cheer, so you might see me around campus or at rallies. One of my favorite memories from these past few years of high school was definitely the New Year with all my MUN friends, my junior year. I'm a very understanding, hard-working, and kind person who always enjoys having fun and joking around. As you guys prepare for the upcoming conference, I hope the committee can be a place where you can make mistakes and feel safe doing so. For many of you, this is your first conference, and I hope you enjoy both the committee and all the preparation leading up to it, and have so much fun. I hope this introduction helps you understand who I am and how excited I am to chair for all of you at the Cerritos High School novice conference 2026! |
