My name is Vicky Wee, and I am ecstatic to be your Head Director for the committee of UN Habitat! I’ve been doing MUN since 8th grade, and decided to continue doing it in high school. MUN has helped me grow in my ability to speak in front of a large crowd, collaborate with others, and research. In addition, attending NHS MUN had to have been one of my favorite memories yet and I hope all of you can experience it in the future! Outside of MUN, I’m the president of an organization called YLOC. Additionally, I am a four-year varsity dancer of the dance team. With this being said, I believe it’s really important to take the time to do the things you love while balancing school and academics. On that note, I hope this committee will be fun while also being enlightening for all! I’m looking forward to seeing all of your creative solutions! I’m here if you have any questions or concerns, and best of luck delegates! My name is Naaya Talwar. I am genuinely honored to be the co-chair of enthusiastic and intelligent people. I have been part of MUN for three years now, and it has significantly shaped me into the person I am today by further developing me in leadership, critical thinking, and public speaking. I've learned that MUN is not only about debating but also learning to see the world from multiple lenses and become a better communicator and global citizen in the process. Apart from MUN, I love to dance and have been a part of RRB Dance Company for five years. I also enjoy cooking and spend most of my free time hanging out with friends and drinking matcha. I promise that this conference is not only challenging but also enjoyable and unforgettable for all of you. Don't ever hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything at committee.
